Dear Ladies League Members,
I hope this letter finds you in great spirits and excitement, as we embark on another fantastic season of the Ladies League at Forest Dale. It is with immense pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to both returning members and those who are joining our league for the first time.
We have an exciting schedule planned for this season, including weekly games, clinics (hopefully😉) and an end of season social. Our league is not just about competition, it’s about fostering friendships, encouraging each other’s growth, and creating lasting memories.
Tee Times:
After careful consideration and feedback from our members and staff, we are making a change to the tee time process for league members. We will be honoring recurring tee times, and those tee times will continue through the duration of the season. The tee times will be allocated based on your previous years tee time and grouping.
Here is a brief overview of how the recurring tee times will work:
- Preference Submission: After you thoroughly read this email, please respond to me via email with your preferred tee time and players in your group. I only need one person from your group to respond. (please don’t call the golf shop to secure a recurring tee time)
- Allocation Process: After your submission, the golf shop staff will create your recurring tee time as close to your preferred tee time as we can. We will try to accommodate as many preferences as possible. You will receive an email from me confirming your tee time.
- Adjustments: Times may be adjusted throughout the season if the tee sheet will warrant your adjusted preferred tee time.
- Cancellation Policy: Tee time cancellations need to be made within 48 hours of your tee time. If you need to cancel out of your group DO NOT cancel your tee time online. You will need to call the Pro Shop for all cancellations or adjustments. Cancelling your tee time online will open your tee time slot up to the public for anyone to book.
- Card on File: If you plan to have a recurring tee time, we need a credit card on file to reserve your time. We will get this information on your first day of play.
We believe that this new feature will not only streamline our ladies league process but also contribute to a more organized golf experience for everyone.
